arara.

Questions.

Who is Arara for?

Independent restaurants with one location. The diner, the pizza place, the taqueria, the spot that's been on the same corner for years. The same goes for cafes and coffee shops, and for bakeries. Bars and pubs are welcome too. If you run several locations, tell us when you join the waitlist.

What does it cost?

$35 a month. That covers the site, hosting on your domain, the photo work, reviews and every improvement we make along the way.

When can I start?

We're inviting restaurants a few at a time. Join the waitlist and you'll be among the first to get an invitation.

I already have a website. What happens to it?

We read it and start from it, so you don't type everything in again. When your Arara site is ready, you point your domain at it, and your old site retires.

Will my email keep working?

Yes. Connecting your domain changes only what your website needs. We check your email records before and after.

Who writes what's on my site?

You do, with help. We draft from facts you've confirmed and you approve everything before it goes live. It's your restaurant and your voice.

Do I need to be good with computers?

No. If you can text a photo, you can run your Arara site. The control panel works on your phone, and you sign in with a code we email you. There's no password to remember.

How do reviews work?

Guests write them on your own site, and a QR code on your table tents makes it easy right after the meal. You approve each one before it shows. You can reply to any of them, and we'll draft the reply for you to edit.

Does Arara take orders or reservations?

Your site sends diners to the ordering and reservation services you already use, with your direct ordering link first.

Does Arara connect to my point-of-sale system?

No. Arara doesn't need it. Your menu and hours live in the control panel.

What do you do with my information?

We use it to run your site, and we don't sell it. Our privacy policy has the details.
